摘要
丙酮加氢在双功能催化剂的作用下一步合成甲基异丁基甲酮的液体产品混合物,可以用气相色谱法进行分析,用聚乙二醇20M固定液涂于硅烷化的101白色担体上为填充色谱柱,用结构合理的氢焰离子检测器,在最佳操作条件下,可以用文献校正因子,利用色谱数据处理机,采用比例因子面积归一化法进行定量分析。
Acetone, after being hydrogenated under the reaction of bifunctional catalyst, would be converted in to MIBK in state of liguid compound by onestep method. The MIBK could be analytized by gas phase chromatography. First: coating the polyglycol20 M fix fluid on the silylanized 101 white carrier as the filling chromatographic column; Second: correcting the factor in accordance with the literature by the reasonable structure hydrogen flare detector and chromatogrphic data processor at the optiumn operating condition; and last, the reliable data would be gained by the inductive method for the proportional factor area accompanying with the quantitative analysis.
