Importance and economical feasibility for rapid hydropower development is analyzed comprehensively.Considering advantages and disadvantages of hydropower development,study and review are presented practically and realistically.Some ideas about how to apply outlook of scientific development to overall process from planning,design to construction in hydropower development are proposed.It has great theoretical research and practice significance in developing hydropower projects scientifically and harmoniously.
