摘要
司法文书学因其内容的枯燥性而为法学教学界普识为高难度教学课程,其教学满意率偏低已非个别现象。针对这一状况,以布鲁姆掌握学习理论为指导,推行"掌握学习"教学模式是司法文书教学走出困境的应然之选。
Judicial documents is a tough currieulum in legal teaching because of its contents, and teaching for the curriculum has been satisfied with low rate. In response to this situation, selecting the teaching mode of "mastery learning" is indispensible to run out of the plight for the teaching of judicial documents with a guide of Bloom's Master Learning Theory.
