摘要
从介绍专业发展学校出发,阐述了专业发展学校是理论联系实际的教师培养模式,并进一步提出合作、教师专业发展、反思、系统四种理论是专业发展学校的基础理论,最后指出专业发展学校的理论体系是动态的和开放的。
Starting with introducing Professional Development School (PDS), it expounds that PDS is the linking theory, with practice in teacher education, and then it proposes that collaboration, teacher professional development, reflection and system are four foundational theories. It points out that the system of PDS is dynamic and open.
