摘要
详细论述了时间间隔计数器和事件计时器的工作原理,并阐述了云南天文台卫星激光测距系统中现有测时设备的性能,以及进行了信号周期测量实验。结果表明:测量信号边沿较好时,事件计时器OTL100P的标准偏差优于时间间隔计数器SR620。OTL100P具有直接测量事件发生时刻的特点和高测量精度的优势,能满足云南天文台将来多脉冲激光测卫、测月对测时系统的要求。
The working principle of the time interal counter and the event timer used are described in detail. In addition, the performance of timing devices used at present in the Satellite Laser Ranging Station of Yunnan Observatory is also presented. The experiment for the measurement of the signal period was made using the system. It is shown that the measurement accuracy using event timer, OTL100P, is better than that using the time interval counter, SR620. OTL100P Event Timer, which has the character of measuring event epoch directly and the advantage of high measurement accuracy, may meet the timing system requirements in Kunming Station for multi -pulse Satellite Laser Ranging and Lunar Laser Ranging in the future .
