With the new school-running system coming into being, Party organizations in independent colleges are faced with a new problem. That is how to carry out their work creatively and give full play to their roles as the political core and the practical fortress. In order to make the Party-construction work well done and play their role to a full extent in independent colleges, Party organizations are supposed to innovate their Party-construction work. It should be started with the innovation of administrative pattern followed by the innovation of the carriers and manners of activities.
