思想政治工作的主要目的是解决人的思想、立场和行动问题,而需要是人心理和行为的动力和源泉,因此要做好思想政治工作必须研究人的需要。把马克思主义需要理论与思想政治教育结合起来,使思想政治工作更具有针对性、实效性和主动性。

Since demand is regarded as the power and source of the psychology and behavior, study on human＇s demands is needed in the ideological work which purpose is to solve the problems in people＇s mind, attitude and performance. It is advisable to make ideological work more pertinent, more effective and more active by integrating Marxist demand and ideological education.
