In the report of the 17th National Congress, President Hu Jintao solemnly declared the task of improving harmony and constructing the harmonious society, which is warmly welcomed by all the representatives and people all over the country. And the construction of socialism harmonious society has been issued by our Party on the basis of correct understanding the essence of socialist and scientific acknowledgement of China＇ s national situation, and it is also the theoretical creation of our Party since we have been sticking to Marx＇ s world view and methodologies, and have been analyzing the current domestic and international situations with the use of dialectical materialism and historic materialism. The philosophic basis of the construction of socialism harmonious society is analyzed, which is good for the theoretic research of realizing the construction of the socialist harmonious society.
