后现代主义作为一种重要的哲学思想,对经济法的现实和未来都具有非常重要的影响。经济法作为法学领域中的新兴学科,后现代思潮中的相对主义、解构、多元、谱系等理念的渗透,使经济法在组成体系、研究方法、学科定位、具体制度方面呈现出与传统法学理论不同的样态。在经济法的现代性的主流中,后现代主义为研究经济法提供了新的思维与视角。

As an important philosophy, post-modernism has very important influence on the reality and the future of economic law. Economic law presents the different patterns on the component system, research approach, subject orientation, specific system under penetration of the ideas of relativism, deconstruction, diversification, pedigree. In the mainstream of the modernization of economic law, post-modernism supplies the new thought and angle to research economic law.
