随着"知识管理"概念的兴起,知识共享的问题越来越受到人们的关注。介绍知识共享的含义、意义,探讨当前实现知识共享的障碍以及克服障碍的做法,为实现知识在组织中有效的共享提供积极的借鉴意义。

Along with the flourish of ＂Knowledge Management＂, increasing attention has been paid to knowledge-sharing. A tentative study is made on the meanings and significances of knowledge-sharing. In addition, the barriers to achieve the share of the knowledge and the solutions to clear up them are discussed so as to promote the share of knowledge in organization effectively.
