探析新规则导向下世界男子单杠的发展特点

Analysis of the Development Characteristics of the World's Men Horizontal Bar Performance under the New Regulations

采用文献资料法、录像观察法、统计分析法对第39届和40届世界体操锦标赛男子单杠决赛运动员的比赛成套动作进行研究,分析实施新规则以来世界男子单杠的发展特点。结果表明:主流难度动作明显增加,"直体后空翻两周转体720°下"仍然是当前世界男子单杠的流行性下法动作;成套动作中D组难度动作使用最多,成套难度价值的提高更多在E组和C组;飞行动作的数量增加,难度价值的提高主要在D组;发展具有0.2分连接价值的"二连接"是今后的趋势;运动员成套动作的A分普遍提高,但成套动作的完成质量却整体有所降低。

By referring to relative materials, videotapes and statistic analysis on sets of men＇s horizontal bar final performance in the 39th and 40th World Championship of Gymnastics, this paper analyses the new development of men＇s horizontal bar since the implementation of the new regulations. The result shows that the difficulty of the main acts has increased significantly; the act that Straight Body Overturning Two Rounds Backwards and Turning 720 Degree Around is still the main landing act for athletes; the increased difficulty of the set act is mainly shown on Act E and Act C; flying acts have increased; the increase of difficulty value is mainly shown on Act D; the two linked movements of 0.2 point value is the trend; the A point of the athletes＇ set of act has increased but the whole quality decreased to some degree.
