大学生权利的保护是实现教育法治的迫切课题，法治精神和权利至上理念要求学校管理尊重和保护大学生个体权利。大学生权利受侵害的突出表现是受教育权、人格权、财产权等权利受到侵害，文章对此进行了研究，并对如何保护学生权利捷出了三点对策。

The protection of college students＇rights is an urgent subject which can realize the ruling by law in education. The ideas of law spirit and right supremacy desire that respect and protection can be given to collegians in college management. The projecting phenomenon of infringing college students＇ rights is the aggression in getting -education right, personality right and proprietary, The article researches the above - mentioned situation and put forward three proposals about how to protect students＇rights.
