摘要
目的对桂林地区高中生心理健康状况进行干预研究,探讨高中生心理健康教育的有效途径。方法对桂林地区317名高中生采取整群分层抽样的方法进行现况调查,对学生进行有计划的实施心理健康主动干预,然后对干预前后的心理健康状况资料,并与对照组进行对比。结果两组被试在症状自评量表(SCL-90)总分、总均分、阳性项目数、躯体症状、人际、敌对性6项上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在偏执、精神病性2项差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合性心理干预能提高学生的心理素质,心理素质训练应该成为高中生心理健康教育的有效途径。
Objective To explore effective ways of psychological quality optimization of senior high school students. Method 317 senior high school students in Guilin Region were selected by stratified cluster sampling for the survey. According to their current status, systematically active intervention on psychological health of the students was enforced. Then the data before and after intervention were analyzed and compared with the control. Results The two groups achieved significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in six aspects : symptom complex list of 90 items (SCL-90) total score , whole average score,positive projects,somatic symptoms,interpersonal,hostility,paranoid and psychotic factor. Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can promote senior high school students psychological quality. The psychological-quality-training should be an effec- tive way in senior high school students mental health education.
