自制非要素膳早期肠内营养在食管癌手术中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨食管癌术后早期应用自制非要素膳进行肠内营养的临床应用价值。方法选择120例食管癌手术病人随机分为自制非要素膳组和商品化组各60例,同时随机抽取以前的38例肠外营养组,分析比较三组术后的营养指标及住院费用,进行统计学处理,了解其效果。结果肠内营养组在术后氮平衡恢复、肌酐身高指数、淋巴细胞记数、血清白蛋白等营养指标及肠道功能恢复较肠外营养组好,自制非要素膳组和商品化组术后营养指标恢复程度相当,但费用明显降低。结论自制非要素膳行早期肠内营养在食管癌手术中的应用是安全可行的,能够明显改善机体的营养状态,且价格低廉,有很高的临床应用价值。 objective: To explore the clinical effects of early postoperative intestinal nutrition with Selfcontrol Non-elemental Diet for patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: Eighty cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into selfcontrol non-elemental diet group (n=60)and fresubin diet group (n=60), and we randomly choosed former 38 cases with parenteral nutrition group. Then we analysed a series of nutritional index and expenses of three groups during postoperative time in hospital in statistic methods to know the effects. Results: We got better results in nitrogen balance recovery, CHI, lymphocyte count, serum albumin and the enteral function in intestinal nutition group than those in parenteral nutrition group after the operation, and the expense was obviouse lower while the recovery extent of which was equivalent. Conclusions: Early enteral nutrition with selfcontrol non-elemental diet for patients with esophageal cancer is safe, feasible and effective, it is a valuabale method in the operations on esophageal cancer in clinical practice.
