蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效观察

A clinical observation on effect of phototherapy for treating neonatal jaundice

目的观察蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法将120例临床诊断为高胆红素血症的新生儿随机分为两组,光疗组、鲁米那组,观察两组临床有效率。结果光疗组临床有效率为83.3%,鲁米那组临床有效率为33.3%,光疗组明显高于鲁米那组(P﹤0.05)。结论蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸安全有效。

Objective A Clinical Observation on Effect of phototherapy for treating neonatal jaundice. Methods 120 cases clinically diagnosed as neonatal jaundice were divided into two groups. Treated group had 60 neonate who were treated by phototherapy , and control group had 60 ones who were given luminal. Then to observe and record the clinic effect rates of clinical symptoms and signs disappearance. Results The clinical effective rates were 83.3% and 33.3%. There was significant difference in the therapeutic outcome between the two groups, phototherapy group had better outcome （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion phototherapy is efficacious and safe for the treatment of neonatal jaundice.
