摘要
目的:研究硝苯地平是否可以引起牙周膜的增生。方法:选取60只雄性SD大鼠,随机分成对照组、低浓度硝苯地平组和高浓度硝苯地平组,每组再按不同时间分为1天组、3天组、7天组、14天组和21天组。用免疫组化方法结合计算机光密度分析系统检测并比较各组样本Ⅰ型胶原的表达。结果:硝苯地平可以引起牙周膜中胶原表达的增加,但各组间差异无统计学意义。结论:硝苯地平不能引起牙周膜的显著性增生。
Objective： To study the effect on periodontal membrane hyperplasy of Nifedipine. Methods： The expression of collagen-I was examined by immunehistochemical dyeing and analyzed with photodensitometry according to different groups. Results： The expression of collagen I increased after using Nifedipine, but there was not statistically significant exist among different groups. Conclusion： Nifedipine can not induce periodontal membrane hyperplasy obviously.
