电化学治疗内痔临床应用及护理的研究

目的:研究临床应用电化学治疗内痔的效果及护理方法。方法:将230例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期内痔患者随机分为两组。研究组110例采用北京产玲克牌BK92A型电化学治疗仪进行电化学治疗和整体护理,对照组120例采用消痔灵注射治疗及常规护理;比较两组患者治疗、护理效果。结果:研究组患者经电化学治疗及整体护理,内痔治疗优、良率明显高于对照组;经6个月～2年的定期随访观察治疗效果良好,有效治愈率达到100%,对照组仅为69%。两组治疗效果比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:临床应用电化学治疗内痔的方法安全、治疗时间短,患者痛苦小,无并发症,疗效显著。整体护理可有效改善患者的焦虑、恐惧心理,保证治疗的顺利进行。

Objective： To study the clinical application of electrochemical treatment of internal hemorrhoids effect and nursing methods. Comparison of the two groups there were significant differences （p 〈0.01）. Conclusion： The clinical application of electrochemical treatment of internal hemorrhoids security methods, the treatment time is short, the suffering of patients with small, non-significant effect complications. To improve overall care can be effective in patients with anxiety, fear and ensure the smooth progress of the treatment.
