我院8019张门诊处方抗菌药物应用情况分析

目的对照新的《处方管理办法》及《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,了解我院门诊处方抗菌药使用情况。方法随机抽取院内2007年5月～9月门诊处方8019张,对抗菌药物应用现状进行调查分析。结果我院门诊抗菌药物的使用率为40.69%,其中2种抗菌药物联用比例为25.10%,3种抗菌药物联用比例为0.64%。门诊使用三线抗菌药物比例占抗菌药物处方的12.17%。抗菌药物使用疗程>7d,占抗菌药物处方的9.98%。结论抗菌药物的使用基本合理,但仍需进一步改进﹑提高,以保证临床用药的安全、经济、合理、有效。

objective： To inverstigate the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital with reference to original way of prescript administration and To dir principle of clinical application of the antibacterials. Methods： Investigating and analying the contempary antibacterial drug usage by medical records of 8019 prescriptions which were randomly picked out from May to September in 2007. Results： Total application rate of antibacterial drug in our hospital was 40.69%. And of above data, the rate of using combined with two antibacterial drugs was 25. l i%, the rate of using combined with three antibacterial drugs was 0.64%. Furthermore, the rate of using antibacterial drug, for special purpose, occupies 19.91%, and the antibacterial drug, lasted 7 days above using, occupies 9. 98% among the antibacterial drug prescriptions. Conclusion： The drug usage in our hospital is reasonable, however, it is necessary to reasonably design the medication treatment strictly based on the requirement of clinical indication to ensure the safety, efficiency of antibacterial drugs usage.
