摘要
目的探讨国产痔疮环状切除吻合器治疗痔病的安全性和临床应用价值。方法利用国产痔疮环状切除吻合器治疗20例痔病患者,分析临床资料。男16例,女4例,平均年龄48岁;平均痔病史12年。结果直肠黏膜吻合均一次成功,手术平均时间21min,住院平均时间3.0d。术后痔病症状能有效控制,随访1～3个月无严重并发症,20例均对手术满意。结论国产痔疮环状切除吻合器(PPH)治疗痔病性能可靠,临床效果与进口PPH吻合器相仿。因价格相对低廉,更值得临床推广。
Objectives： To evaluate the role of China-made suturing device in PPH operations. Methods 20patients, 16 males and 4 females with average ages of 48 and suffered from hemorroids meanly for 12 years , had received PPH operations using Chinamade PPH suturing devices and clinical data were analyzed. Results All sutures in 12 cases succeeded after first shot. The avarage operation time is 21 minutes and patients stayed for meanly 3 days in hopspital after operations. The symptoms of hemorrhoids had been successfully improved after PPH operation and no severe complications occurred during next 1-3 months. Ali patients are satisfied with this operation. Conclusion China-made PPH suturing device is safe and effective in PPH operation, similar with others made abroad. It is easier to be widely spread out for the sake of lower price.
