常规解剖显露颞浅动静脉和耳颞神经先天性耳前瘘管的手术治疗

目的探讨常规解剖显露颞浅动静脉和耳颞神经后再行先天性耳前瘘管的块状切除术的可行性和优点。方法采取术中预先解剖出颞浅动静脉和耳颞神经并加以保护,尔后进行先天性耳前瘘管的手术摘除共102例,并于术后进行追踪观察。结果术后99.1%的患者7-10天内愈合,所有患者均随访1年以上。结论采用这种方法进行先天性耳前瘘管摘除术,临床上切实可性安全有效,并且不需特殊设备,特别对于术后复发、反复感染、感染期有脓腔及存在大量瘢痕组织的患者行整体块状切除更为适用。

Objective Exploration possibility of rontine anatomy superficial temporal artery and veins and auriculotemporal nerve and to make a block excision in palients with the inborn preauricular fistula.Methords 102 cases been operated by means of routine anatomy superficial temporal aratery and veins and auriculotemporal nerve, then to make inborn preauricular fistula been block removed and an observation after operation.Results 99.1% patients were cured in 7-10 days, all cases observed more than one year.Conclusion It was safe and effective and does＇t need particular equipment.It was especilly for the patients with recurrence, infections and great scar by block excision.
