瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在急诊颅脑外伤手术中应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉用于急诊颅脑外伤手术的可行性。方法40例颅脑外伤患者随机分为瑞芬太尼组(RF组)和静吸复合麻醉组(F组)每组20例。观察麻醉前(T0),插管前即刻(T1),插管后即刻(T2),切皮后即刻(T3),颅骨锯开即刻(T4),头皮缝合后即刻(T5),拨管后即刻(T6)的MAP和HR,记录术中用药情况及术后自主呼吸恢复时间、拨管时间,记录术后不良反应。结果与RF组相比,F组在T2、T3、T4时MAP升高,HR加快,自主呼吸恢复时间、拨管时间长于RF组,两组相比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼、丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉能满足急诊颅脑外伤手术要求,能有抑制伤害性刺激引起的应激反应,术中血液动力学稳定,术后苏醒质量高,麻醉可控性好。
