剖宫产因素分析

目的通过对剖宫产因素的分析,以期对降低剖宫产率发挥积极作用。方法对我院近3年剖宫产术的原因及指征进行回顾性分析。结果剖宫产术原因中社会因素占36.4%,其后依次为瘢痕子宫、胎儿宫内窘迫、头盆不称、胎膜早破、胎位异常、妊娠合并症等。结论目前居高不下的剖宫产中社会因素占很大比例,这是造成剖宫产率上升的主要原因。掌握剖宫产指征,科学选择分娩方式,这是产科工作者应遵循的原则。

Objective Through analyzing the elements of cesarean section to play an active role for reduce the probability of cesarean Section. Method Do the Retrospective analysis for the reasons and indications of cesarean section operations during last three years in our hospital. Consequence The main reasons of cesarean section is social factors which is amounted for 36.4%. Successively after is uterus scar, fetus hard-pressed in uterus,the head of fetus is big than the pelvis of puerpera,fetal membrane damaged early,positon of fetus abnormal,and complication of pregnancy. Conclusion the social factors accountted the main proportion is the reason which made cesarean section a lot at present, Off,course it becames the main reason to rise cesarean section operation probability.Grasp the indications of cesatean section and choose the science birth mode are the principles what the department of gynecology and obstetrics worker should be followed.
