摘要
分析了水泥浆失重的主要原因及充气水泥浆防止失重的机理,并在室内进行了模拟实验,探讨了充气水泥浆的各种性能。分析表明,当失重产生时。充气水泥浆上部的浆柱自重和结构力形成了“塞子”,充气水泥浆发气,使之憋上一个附加压力,补偿因胶凝失重或桥堵失重而降低的压力,而且充气水泥浆的发气量必须满足:浆柱有效压力和气体产生的附加压力大于地层压力.实验结果还表明,充气水泥浆不但能防止油、气、水窜,还能满足固井施工和固井质量的要求。
The reason causing cement weightlessness is analysed. The function mechanisms of aerating cement are presented. It is shown that the sum of cement pressure and pressure formed in gas-producing processure should higher than reservoir pressure. Tests indicate that aerated cement can satisfy cementing requirement and prevent gas channeling and water channeling effectively.
