摘要
利用天然沸石的吸附、离子交换特性,与减轻材料漂珠相结合,设计出密度为1.30~1.60g/Cm^3的特低密度水泥浆体系。用API试验标准评价了不同温度下,不同密度水泥浆的抗压强度、流变性等性能。试验结果表明,该水泥浆体系具有密度低、水泥石抗压强度高、流变性和稳定性好等特点。该体系适用于低压易漏地层的固井施工。
A cement slurry system with ultralow density( 1. 30-1. 60 g/ cm3) is developed by using zeolite and hollow microsphere. In different temperature conditions, the property of this cement slurry with different density are evaluated. Tests indicate that this cement slurry system possesses high compression strength, good rheological property and good stability.
