摘要 长庆油田靖安、华池及镇源区块因地层承压能力低,固井作业中易发生井漏,影响固井质量。采用以漂珠水泥浆为基浆,加入FC系列发气剂配成超低密度泡沫水泥浆。对该水泥浆的配方、性能、密度变化及应用效果进行了评价。漂珠超低密度泡沫水泥浆抗污染能力强、防窜性能好、成本低,能使水泥浆密度降低为1.20~1.25g/cm^2,提高低压易漏长封固段的固井质量。 Formation in some areas of Changqing oil field possesses the character of low pressure and low compression strength. A foamed cement with ul-tralow density (1. 20-1. 25 g/cm3)prepared from cement slurry containing hollow microsphere and PC gas-development agent is adopted to solve the problems encountered in cementing operation. The formulation . characteristic of the said cement are also evaluated. Applications indicate that this cement can prevent lost circulation effectively and improve cementing result.
