摘要
讨论了游梁抽油机的平衡准则与二次平衡问题,认为均方根扭矩最小准则有时不如上下冲程峰值扭矩相等准则的平衡效果好,提供了均方根扭矩与平衡参数的关系式.文章证明了[2]所提供的平衡新方法与均方根扭矩最小准则等价,论证了欠平衡比过平衡节能.指出二次平衡并不是新概念,讨论了二次平衡应考虑的问题.文章最后就液压抽油机的功率回收平衡方式发表了看法.
The Equilibrium criteria and the secondary equilibrium of beam pumping unit are discusscd.It is held that sometimes the equilibrium result of mininum root-mean-square value of torque criterion is worse than that of maxinum torques in up and down strokes equality criterion. The relational expression is given between root-mean-square value of torque and equilibruim parameters. It is provcn that the new equi-librum method in the literature is equivalent to mininum root-mean-square value of torque criterion,and that undcrbalance has better energy saving result than overbalance. It is pointed out that secondary equilibrium is not a new concept. At last ,the factors included in secondary equilibrium and the power recovery equilibruim of hydraulic pumping unit are also discussed.
