摘要
选择雌性BALB/c小鼠作为动物模型,分别在未孕期、怀孕中期、分娩当天、分娩后一天和分娩五天5个不同时期剖取子宫和肝脏.RT-PCR检测不同时期IL-17A及24p3 mRNA在小鼠子宫及肝脏内的表达,HE组织染色检查淋巴细胞浸润程度.结果发现小鼠分娩前后IL-17A和24p3 mRNA在子宫内的表达呈正相关,两者可能参与了分娩前后子宫局部免疫炎症反应的调节.
BALB/c were chose mice as animal model. The mice at five different stages, the nonpregnacy, the mid pregnancy, postpartum day 0, postpartum day 1, postpartum day 5, were dissected to obtain uterus and liver. The expression of IL-17A and 24p3 mRNA in the two tissues of different stages were detected by RTPCR, and the infiltration of lymphocyte was measured by HE. It was found that IL-17A and 24p3mRNA were expressed in a positive correlation level in mouse uterus around birth, and both of them could involve in the regulation of uterus immune inflammatory process around labour.
