蜡疗和中药贴敷治疗高黏血症运动系统症状疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Wax Therapy and Herbal Application on Locomotor Symptoms of Hyperviscosity

目的:探讨蜡疗和中药贴敷疗法对高黏血症运动系统症状的疗效。方法:治疗组56例用蜡疗和中药贴敷治疗,对照组56例用镇痛西药治疗,1个月为一疗程。结果:1个疗程后总有效率治疗组91.0%,对照组67.9%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血液流变学指标较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.01),而对照组治疗前后血液流变学指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:蜡疗和中药贴敷治疗高黏血症运动系统症状疗效较好。

Objective ： To discuss the therapeutic effect of treating high blood - viscosity in the locomotive system by the wax therapy combined with TCM stick method. Methods： Divide the 112 cases of patients into two groups： the treatment group of 56 cases who received treatment by the wax therapy combined with TCM stick method and the comparison group of 56 cases who were treated with analgesics, with one month for each period of treatment. Results：The total effective power in experimental group was 91%, compared with control group 67.9% ,the difference was significant （P 〈0. 05）. The indexes of hemorheologic have significant amelioration in experimental group （P 〈 0. 01 ）, but the charges of indexes of hemorheologic have no statistic significant in control group （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The wax therapies combined with TCM stick method remarkably excel the analgesics in treating high blood - viscosity in the locomotive system.
