摘要
建立了炼油装置计算机能量核算模式,并用此模式对茂名石化公司轻质酮苯脱蜡装置进行了编程核算,核算结果具有很高的可靠性,能全面准确地反映装置的用能状况;同时此系统也为整个装置的操作优化提供一个有效的手段。
A energy balance model for refinery units is prosposed.A energybalance system for ketone - benosol dewaxing(light cut)is established according to the model. The system can describe the state of energy comsup-tion of this nuit reliablly and accurately. It also can be used to obtain the optimal operation conditions to lower the energy comsuption.
