白藜芦醇对U251脑胶质瘤细胞Bcl-2、Bcl-XL、CyclinD1和STAT-3蛋白表达的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探讨白藜芦醇对U251人脑胶质瘤细胞生长的抑制和相关蛋白的表达及其意义。采用MTT法检测白藜芦醇对U251细胞的增殖活性的影响;采用ABC免疫组化法检测相关Bcl-2、Bcl-XL、CyclinD1和STAT-3蛋白的表达。结果显示,白藜芦醇对U251脑胶质瘤细胞生长有抑制作用,且呈时间、剂量相关;白藜芦醇作用于U251脑胶质瘤细胞后Bcl-2、Bcl-XL、CyclinD1、STAT-3蛋白表达下降,同时细胞形态也发生改变。白藜芦醇能抑制于U251脑胶质瘤细胞的增殖,能诱导细胞凋亡。
