摘要 深入阐述了工程质量的概念。在对比分析主观质量和客观质量的基础上,将工程质量的目标体系用"工程项目全寿命期双向主观质量"的概念来表征,从而扩大了工程质量概念的内涵、内容和时间跨度,使其更具完备性与包容性。并从业主、承包商和工程本身三个方面对工程质量的规律和特点进行了分析说明。 A systemic analysis of conception and objective system of engineering quality was carried out in this paper. Based on a contrastive analysis of subjective quality and objective quality, a new conception of engineering quality, namely, life-cycle inter-subjective quality of construction project was put forward. As a direct consequence, the extension of connotation and content make the conception of engineering quality more integrate and comprehensive under a new social and historical environment Furthermore, a full analysis of the laws and characteristics of engineering quality from the aspects of employer, contractor and engineering was carried out and means of improve engineering quality was also given by this paper.
