摘要
目的建立散结灵胶囊质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量,流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(9∶91),检测波长316 nm。结果阿魏酸在0.025～0.226μg内具有良好的线性关系(γ=0.9999),平均加样回收率(n=5)为99.8%(RSD为0.42%)。结论方法简便、稳定,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective To establish the control method for Sanjieling Capsule. Methods The contents of ferulaic acid in the medicine was determined by HPLC, with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid （9：91） as mobile phases, and detected at 316 nm. Results Using our chromatographic conditions, ferulaic acid could be baseline separated with other constituents in the sample, and determined with average recovery of 99.8% for and RSD of 0.42% （n=5）. The linear ranges of ferulaic acid was 0.025-0.226 μg （y =0.9999）. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and reliable for quality control of the Sanjieling capsule.
