猴头菌、阿莫西林、克拉霉素联合治疗老年慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

目的为筛选治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的有效药物,应用猴头菌治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。方法将56例幽门螺杆菌感染(HP)的慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)伴肠上皮化生(IM)32例、伴不典型增生(DYS)患者24例,分为对照组20例、观察组36例。疗程6个月后进行治疗前后形态学对比观察。结果观察组治疗后22例CAG伴IM组15例肠上皮化生消失,18例CAG伴DYS组12例不典型增生消失,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加用猴头菌对老年HP感染的慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the effective drug of Houtoujun Tablets on chronic atrophy gastritis （CAG） with Helicobacter pylori infection in the older. Methods 56 patients of CAG with intestinal metaplasia（tM） or dysplasia（DYS） from June 2006 to July 2007 were randomized into two groups： control group with Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin, test group was treated with Houtoujun Tablets for 6 months besides of those drugs, The morphological comparison observation analysis before and after treatment were performed. Results After treating with Houtoujun Tablets ,15 cases showed IM disappear among 22 cases of CAG with IM, 12 cases showed DYS disappear among 18 cases of CAG with DYS, There was a significant difference in positiverate between before and after treatment（P〈0.05）. There was significant difference than those in control group too. Conclusion Houtoujun Tablets can lead to a detectable decrease in IM and DYS in chronic atrophy gastritis （CAG） with Helicobacter pylori infection in the older.
