摘要
通过对原有立式拱顶油罐氮封的使用情况及原油罐氮封系统工艺的剖析,发现存在罐内混合气体含氧量超标问题。对其进行改造后,确保了罐内混合气体中氧气(O_2)的含量小于0.5%,减少了氮气(N_2)的消耗量,解决了下游装置因原料氧化变质而引起的催化剂使用周期缩短的问题,收到了较好的经济效益。
Based on the service of the existing nitrogen seal in the vertical arch-roof oil tank,the process of the nitrogen seal system is analyzed and a problem of excessive O2 content is observed in the gas mixture within the tank. After modification,the O2 content in the gas mixture is less than 0. 5% 籺hus the N2 consumption is reduced,which solves the shortened lifetime of the catalyst because feed oil oxidizes and deteriorates in the downstream units.
