90年代国内外管道外防腐层技术

The Technique of Pipeline Outer Coatings Worldwide in the Nineties

管道运输是目前五大运输方式之一,而腐蚀则是危及管道安全,甚至造成管道失效的主要原因。虽然近年来国内在管道防腐蚀领域取得了长足的进步,但与国际先进水平相比尚存在一定的差距。在查阅了大量的中外管道防腐层技术文献和资料,并对国内情况进行了广泛调研的基础上,对90年代国内外管道防腐材料体系、涂敷工艺以及配套技术的现状和发展趋势进行了分析研究,有针对性地对国内管道外防腐覆盖层材料、涂敷工艺及配套技术的异同点及存在的问题提出了建议。

Pipeline transportation is one of the five most important transportation ways at present. Corrosion makes the pipeline unsafe and makes the pipeline failure. In recent years, although the great progresses have been achieved in China,there still exists gaps comparing with the world advanced level. On the basis of a great amount of literatures home and abroad and wide investigations on the outer coatings used in China, the authors analyze the situations and tendency of coating material systems worldwide in 1990s,and puts forward some viewpoints and recommendations on the differences between home and abroad in above-mentioned field.
