摘要
目的探讨护理干预对食管癌患者手术后精神障碍的影响。方法将272例食管癌手术后患者随机分为两组,实验组和对照组各136例。对照组根据医嘱行常规的围术期护理;实验组除接受常规护理外,针对术后精神障碍的常见病因采取相应的护理措施。比较两组术后精神障碍的发生率及症状持续时间。结果实验组术后精神障碍的发生率和精神症状平均持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌手术患者针对术后精神障碍进行护理干预,可降低术后精神障碍的发生率及精神症状的持续时间。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative psychonosema of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods 272 cases of esophageal cancer were randomly divided into experimental group (n= 136, conventional nursing plus special etiological nursing intervention aiming at postoperative psychonosema) and control group (n= 136. conventional nursing intervention only). The incidence rate and duration of symptoms of postoperative psychonosema were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate and duration of symptoms of postoperative psychonosema were much lower in experimental group than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The incidence rate and duration of symptoms of postoperative psychonosema in patients with esophageal cancer can be reduced by performing special etiological nursing intervention aiming at postoperative psychonosema.
