临床麻醉实习带教中应把握的几个问题

目的探讨新的带教方法,提高麻醉系学员临床实习的带教质量。方法结合麻醉专业的特殊性,以近年来进行的临床实习带教为基础,分别从专业思想树立、专业技能训练、工作作风培养及工作习惯养成4个方面阐述了自己的几点体会。结果临床麻醉实习有其特殊性,除专业技能训练外,还需注意树立正确的专业思想、养成良好的工作作风及工作习惯。结论临床麻醉实习应重视专业思想树立、专业技能训练、工作作风培养及工作习惯养成。

Objective To explore the new plan to improve efficiency of teaching the students of anesthesiology, Methods We expatiated our points from four aspects,including creating specialty thinking, training specialty skill, culturing style of work and forming habit, basing on our practice for these years. Results There was some particularity in teaching the students of anesthesiol- ogy. Creating correct specialty thought and forming good habit and style of work are as important as training specialty skill. Conclusion It is very important for good clinical practice to create specialty thinking, train specialty skill, culture style of work and form habit.
