丘陵地区地上储罐总图设计

General Plan Design for Above-ground Storage Tank on the Hilly Area

在丘陵地区如何进行地上储罐总图布置和竖向布置、如何设置防火堤和隔堤、事故油如何储存和排放、以及怎样完善消防设施,是这一地区储罐总图设计的一个重要课题,其最终目的是在事故状态下防止泄漏的原油或成品油威胁相邻油罐、企业和设施。同时,在符合有关规范的前题下,还要节约用地和节省工程费用。参照有关规范,提出了丘陵地区地上储罐总图设计的思路,并给出了具体设计数据。

It is a main subject that,for the general plan design on hilly area,on the hilly area how general plan layout and vertical layout for the above-ground storage tanks can be done,how fire dike and partion dike are set up,how accident oil can be stored and discharged,and how fire-fighting facilities are completed. The final purpose of the aspects above mentioned is to prevent the leaked crude oil and/or oil product from flowing into the adjacent tanks,enterprises and facilities under the emergency conditions. Meanwhile,the lands and engineering costs must be utilized economically in accordance with the concerned standards and codes. The principle of general plan design for the above-ground storage tank on the hilly area as well as some specific data of design have been provided.
