摘要
加强大学毕业生公务员考试指导工作,是高校拓展毕业生就业渠道的现实需要和对人才强国战略的有力支持;提高公务员考取率,重在培养毕业生公务员职业兴趣、素养和应试能力。
Guiding university students in taking Civil Servant Examination is of realistic necessity to expanding employment channels for university graduates and a strong support to the strategy of reinvigorating our nation through human resource development. The ratio of passing the examination can be raised by cultivating students＇ career interest, accomplishment and examination -oriented ability.
