摘要
目的建立黄芩汤各配伍煎液中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法,研究配伍对黄芩苷含量的影响。方法采用L8(27)正交设计法,以HPLC法测定各配伍样品中黄芩苷含量。结果白药、大枣以及甘草和大枣的交互作用对黄芩苷含量影响的差异具有显著性(P<0.05),甘草对黄芩苷含量的影响不显著。结论白药、大枣可增加黄芩苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE To set up a HPLC method of baicalin in decoction prepared by various compatibility and to study the change of baicalin in different decoctions. METHODS Eight decoctions of Radix Scutellariae were prepared and analyzed by L8 ( 2^7 ) orthogonal design. Their baicalin contents were determined by RP-HPLC. RESULTS The difference of influence Radix Paeoniae, Fructus Jujubae,and interaction between Radix et Rhizome Glycurrhizae and Fructus Jujubae on baicalin is significant( P 〈 0.05 ). For Radix et Rhizome Glycurrhizae,it is insignificant. CONCLUSION The content of baicalin is increased by Radix Paeoniae and Fructus Jujubae.
