HPLC测定金水宝胶囊中腺苷的含量

Determination of Adenosine in Jinshuibao Capsules by HPLC

目的建立金水宝胶囊中腺苷含量的测定方法。方法样品采用0．5％磷酸超声提取，再用高效液相色谱法测定腺苷的含量。色谱条件为：Agilent XDB-C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），乙腈-水（6：94）为流动相，检测波长为260nm。结果腺苷在1～100μg·mL^-1内线性良好，平均回收率为97．41％，三批药品中腺苷含量分别为0．333％，0．308％，0．316％。结论采用高效液相法测定金水宝胶囊中腺苷的含量具有快速、简便、准确的特点。

OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determination of adenosine in Jinshuibao Capsules by HPLC. METHODS A agilent XDB-C18column（ 150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） was uesd with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（6： 94）. The detect wavelength was 260 nm. RESULTS There is a good linear relationship within the range of 1 - 100 μg · mL^-1 for adenosine. The averge recovery was 97.41%. The contents in three batches were 0. 333% ,0. 308% ,0. 316% ,respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for quantitative analysis of Jinshuibao capsules.
