摘要
目的研究大鼠股骨骨折合并脑外伤时胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅰ(Insulin-like Growth Factor-ⅠIGF-Ⅰ)在骨痂中的表达,探讨骨折合并脑外伤骨折愈合加快的机制。方法12周雄性Sprague-Daw-ley大鼠16只,随机分成8组,每组8只,即:2周单纯骨折组(G1)、2周骨折合并脑外伤组(G2)。建立大鼠脑外伤和骨折模型。分别于2周取材,骨痂作SP法免疫组化染色。结果免疫组化分析平均阳性细胞百分数骨折合并脑外伤组高于单纯骨折组。结论脑外伤对骨折愈合有促进作用,IGF-Ⅰ可能是脑外伤促进骨折愈合的原因。
Objective To investigate the expression of Insulin-like Growth Factor-Ⅰ in s callus of rats with femoral fracture and brain injury, and study the mechanism of enhanced osteogenesis after brain injury. Methods Sixteen 12-week-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into eight groups with eight animals of each,the fracture without brain injury group in two weeks( G1 ) ,the fracture with brain injury group in two weeks( G2 ). Fracture and brain injury models were established. The rats were sacrificed in two weeks respectively after operation. The callus were examed with immuhistochemical staining ( SP ). Results Percent positive cells ( % ) in callus of the fracture with brain injury group is higher than that of the fracture without brain injury group. Conclusion The brain injury can enhance the fracture healing and IGF-Ⅰ may be the reason of enhanced osteogenesis.
