恙虫病并发急性呼吸衰竭临床分析

Clinical analysis on 13 cases of Tsutsugamushi Disease complicated with acute respiratory failure

目的探讨恙虫病并发急性呼吸衰竭的发病情况。方法我院收治恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭13例进行回顾分析。结果恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭患者常并发多脏器功能受损,死亡率高,该病危重程度与误诊时间长短成正相关,及时诊治,预后好。结论恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭较少见,误诊率高,应仔细收集病史,认真体检,及时诊治,防止恙虫病并发呼吸衰竭。

Objective To investigate the incidence of tsutsugamushi disease complicated with acute respiratory failure（ARF）. Methods 13 cases of tsutsugamushi disease complicated with acute respiratory failure were gathered from July 1996 to Nov 2007. Results The tsutsugamushi disease complicated with acute respiratory failure is always complicated with multiple organ dysfunction. It has high mortality rate. The severity is direct correlation with misdiagnosis rate. If the diagnosis and treatment are promptly , the prognosis is good and curing rate is high. Conclusion The incidence of tsutsugamushi disease complicated with acute respiratory failure is less, and has high misdiagnosis rate. We should collect the history and signs carefully to make appropriate diagnosis and treatment , to avoid ARF.
