摘要
干旱化问题,已成为世界性重大环境问题。海滦河流域干旱化趋势更令人担忧,干燥度多已升到1.5以上。由于降水减少,地下水严重超采,已形成大面积地下水下降漏斗,农作物得不到及时浇灌,受旱面积逐年扩大,粮棉减产严重。工矿企业布局亦受影响,经济发展受到抑制,人民的生活环境受到影响。
In recent years the precipitation has reduced and the groundwater has been seriously overexploited. So crops often suffer from droughts. The yield of grain, cotton and oil crops drop. Besides, the allocation of industry and mining is disturbed, the development of economy is limited, and the people's living environment is influenced.
