摘要
目的探讨电磁脉冲(EMP)导致心肌闰盘(ID)改变在心脏各部位分布的规律性,为制定电磁脉冲的卫生标准及其防护措施提供理论依据。方法采用EMP模拟发生器,辐射参数为场强200kV/m、脉冲次数200次、脉冲间隔2s,雌性SD大鼠36只随机分为6组,每组6只。采用硝酸镧示踪法和透射电子显微镜观察心肌ID结构的改变。结果正常对照组大鼠心肌肌膜完整,肌小节清楚,肌丝排列整齐,细胞连接结构完整,ID连接紧密未见镧颗粒沉积。辐照组于照射后ID出现不同程度的间隙增宽,右心房组和右心室组心肌ID间隙增宽不明显,间隙中可见少量镧颗粒沉积;左心房组和左心室心肌ID间隙增宽最明显,间隙中充满着大量的镧颗粒,尤以左心室肌最为显著;室间隔组心肌ID增宽较不明显,ID间隙中可见部分镧颗粒。结论EMP辐照诱导心肌ID间隙增宽,且在心脏中分布不均一,以左心室肌ID间隙增宽最为明显。
Objective To explore the law and mechanism of intercalated disks( ID) caused by electro- magnetic pulse(EMP) radiation, so as to provide theory basis for working out sanitary standard and its protective measure to medicine. Methods EMP was provided by the EMP simulator of our department,the parameter was as following :200 field intensity ;200 pulse ;2 s pulse interval. The research objects were 36 female SD Rats, they were randomly divided into six groups, every group had six rats. The lanthanum nitrate tracer method and the transmission electron microscope(TEM)were used to observe the structural change of ID. Results In control group, there were no obvious changes under TEM in cardiac mnscle of the rats after exposure to EMP. Right atrium group and right ventricle group, there were a few of lanthanum nitrates in cardiac muscle of the rats. The changes in ID of left atrium group and left ventricle group,were more obviously after the exposure,there were a lot of lanthanum nitrate,but left ventricle group was most significant. There were no obvious changes in interventricular septum of rats' heart,there were a few of lanthanum nitrate in septal. Conclusion After EMP exposure the broadening of myocardial intercalated disks was widen, especially the changes in ID of left artrium were obvious.
