液相色谱-质谱联用法检测药品非法添加布洛芬 被引量:8

摘要 目的建立检测制剂中非法掺布洛芬入的专属性方法。方法采用液相色谱-质谱联用法。选用VenusilMPC18柱,以0.01mol/L醋酸铵(用冰醋酸调pH3.0)-乙腈(50∶50)为流动相,对非法制剂的提取液进行液相色谱-质谱联用分析。通过与对照品的色谱、紫外及质谱行为相比较,对此类非法药进行定量测定和定性鉴别。结果在非法制剂中检出布洛芬,回收率为98.87%(n=6)。结论该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为分析检测非法制剂中的布洛芬。 Objective To develop a specific method for Ibuprofen mixed into drug. Methods The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was used. The Venusil MP C18 column was used with a mobile phase was 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate solution ( adjusted to pH3.0 with Acetic acid)-acetonitrile(50: 50). The Ibuprofen mixed into drug was identified according to the chromatographic behavior and mass spectral data by comparison with the reference substances. Results The Ibuprofen was found in drug. The average recovery was 98.54% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is selective and sensitive and can be used to detect the Ibuprofen mixed into drug.
