摘要
结合一种新开发的高压天然气气液两相分离器,讨论了气液两相分离技术和设计方法;叙述了几种主要分离元件的特征及其液泛速度与分离器压力的关系曲线;提供了日处理天然气量为0.4×104~7.0×104m3大范围工况条件下,天然气井场进行的工业性实验结果。该分离器具有体积小,工作弹性大,分离效率高等特点。其净化天然气品质达到了美国APISpec.12J标准。
Taking a newly developed gas-liquid two-phase separator for high pressure natural gas as an example,the technique and design method of gas-liquid two-phase separation are discussed,the characteristics of several major elements and the relationship between their flooding speed and separator pressure are described and the results of industrial experiment at well site under the condition of daily throughput of 0.4×10 4~7.0×10 4 m 3 are provided.The separator has the characteristics of small volume,large operation range and high separating efficiency etc.The quality of purified gas comes up to the standard of API Spec.
