摘要
本文提出了预测圆筒型加热炉燃烧室内质量、动量及能量传递的二维数学模型。利用液雾燃烧的局部均相模型对原油常压加热炉燃烧室中燃料的浓度、烟气流速、温度及壁面热流的分布进行了预测。预测的热负荷、热效率及温度的平均相对误差均小于10%。计算与实测的温度分布的比较表明,预测是成功的。
A two—dimensional mathematical model has been developed to predict the transport of mass, momentum and energy in a cylindrical combustion chamber. A locally homogeneous model of spray evaporation is used to predict the distribution of fuel concentration, velocity and temperature of fuel gas and wall heat flux in a petroleum atmospheric heating furnace. The mean relative deviations of the predicted heat load, heat efficiency and temperature are less than 10%. The comparison between calculated and measured temperature profile shows that the prediction is successful.
