研究事物发展的阶段性演变特征和历史的分期特征,是认识事物的本质和变化发展规律的重要途径和方法。对于城市来说,如何进行阶段性的分期将意味着对城市发展的规律以及城市问题的研究。该文通过技术与文化系统关系的演进研究,重新解读了城市形态的分期特征,并提出了城市形态的双向组织趋势。

It is an important way of understanding substance essence and development law to study evolution feature and historical stage feature. For cities, how fo divide the stage is the key to research about urban developing law and other problems. Through studying the evolution of the relation between technology and culture systems, this article reinterprets the each stage characteristic of urban form and proposes its trend of bidirectional organization.
