摘要
从调查整理武汉里分自发改造的主要表现形式入手,分析了生活方式的转变、生活技术的进步、经济生活的需要对自发改造行为的影响。在总结归纳自发改造存在问题的同时,进一步探讨了自发改造中所蕴涵的借鉴价值。
Starting from investigating and processing the main manifestations of spontaneous reconstruction in Wuhan Lifen House, this article analyzes the influences of transformation of life style, improvement of life technique and economic need on the spontaneous reconstruction, summarizes its problems, and further discusses its reference value.
